Where do I go to pick up my medical records/birth certificate?
You need to go to the Health Information Department, located on the second floor of Cobb tower. If you come through old main entrance and make a right into the first hallway, the Health Information Department will be on your left.
Where is the Cashier’s Window?
The Cashier Window is located in the lobby of the Cobb Street Entrance. (This was the original main entrance to Oconee Regional in Cobb Tower)
Come through the automatic glass doors, and you will notice the switchboard to your right.
The cashier’s window will be to the left.
What are the hours for the cashier’s window?
The Cashier Window is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday with the exception of Holidays.
How can I make a payment to ORMC?
We accept mailed payments by check, money order or credit card. The mailing address is:

Credit Card payments are accepted Monday through Friday by telephone at 478-454-3582.
After hours payments may be made in the Park Tower Registration Area until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You can request a payment using your credit card 24x7 using this site.
What are the hours for Admissions/Registration?
Admissions/Registration is located in the Park Tower building on the first floor and open Monday thru Friday, from 6:30 a.m. until 5:45 p.m.
Weekend admissions are done through the Emergency Department.
What do I need to do if my doctor’s office has called to “pre-register” me for an appointment?
Although your doctor may “pre-register” you for an appointment, in order for registration to be completed you must go to Admissions/Registration (either in advance or the day of the appointment) to sign a Consent Form. You should also bring a copy of the doctor’s order and your insurance information.

X-ray/Ultrasound?
Sign in for MRI, Mammography, and X-ray/Ultrasound is done in Radiology Registration, which is located on the first floor of Cobb Tower near the main elevators (#1 and #2).
Where do I go to check in to have Lab work done?
If you need to sign-in to have lab work done, you should go to the Admissions/Registration desk located on the first floor of Park Tower. If you come through the main Park Tower entrance and turn right, the Admissions/Registration desk is the second desk on the left.
Where is the Cancer Treatment Center?
The Cancer Treatment Center is located in separate facility from the main hospital building. If you park in the parking lot for Park Tower (the parking lot beside the pond), the Cancer Treatment Center is the tan building on top of the hill with the green stripe.
Where is MRI?
The MRI facility is separate from the main hospital building. It is the small “trailer-like” building positioned diagonally from the Cancer Treatment Center, near the handicapped walkway leading into Cobb tower (Entrance C).
Where is the ATM machine?
The ATM machine is located on the first floor of Park Tower down the hall from the Radiology Registration, near the vending machines.
Can I access the Internet using my personal computer?
We hope to have that capability soon. Unfortunately we do not yet allow visitors or guests to access the Internet through our medical center network.
