The Boards of Directors of Oconee Regional Medical Center and Oconee Regional Health Systems are pleased to announce that Jean Aycock has been named Chief Executive Officer. This announcement follows an extensive executive search process over the last several months.
Ms. Aycock is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and she is a Certified Public Accountant. During her 17 year healthcare career she has served as the Corporate Controller for the 15 hospital East Texas Regional Healthcare System in Tyler, Texas, Chief Financial Officer at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center in Coffeyville, Kansas and joined the Oconee Regional Medical Center team as Chief Financial Officer in 2002.
The combined Boards are pleased with the unanimous selection of Ms. Aycock and look forward to working with her, our Medical Staff, Senior Management and our employees in continuing our progress toward making ORMC and ORHS a premier healthcare delivery system in Central Georgia by advancing our mission to our community, focusing on improving quality care, accountability and assuring we maintain a financially strong organization.
